the Scottish Tourist Board's Green Tourism Business Scheme. Their
efforts to operate in an environmentally friendly way are graded either
Gold, Silver or Bronze. Scottish Tourist Board Quality Assurance As well as inspections carried out by Scotsell, the Scottish Tourist Board's Quality Assurance Scheme awards stars on an annual basis for ambience, cleanliness, hospitality, accommodation standard and food for a variety of accommodation types, such as hotels, small hotels, guest houses, B&Bs and inns.
